E-E-A-T / Vetting transparency

Expert verification standards

Every expert on the roster must pass a published five-point verification protocol before matching is offered to instructing counsel.

  1. STEP 01

    Academic Credentials Verification

Confirm degrees, appointments, publications, and subject-matter standing relevant to the instructed jurisdiction and claim type.

  2. STEP 02

    Judicial Track Record Audit

Review prior report and testimony experience across immigration, asylum, and related appellate forums where available.

  3. STEP 03

    Impartiality Compliance

Assess conflicts, prior advocacy positions, and capacity to deliver objective, court-admissible analysis.

  4. STEP 04

    Data Protection Agreement

Require encrypted handling commitments and clear rules against retaining unredacted applicant PII beyond matter need.

  5. STEP 05

    Ongoing Conflict-Check Protocol

Re-screen for opposing-party conflicts and availability before each new instruction is confirmed.

Network Statement of Neutrality

Country Expert Witness maintains institutional independence. Experts provide objective country facts for tribunals and courts. Matching is organized around evidentiary need, not preferred case outcomes.
